Our Vision:

Our Vision is to be one of the leading providers in a wide range of quality home care. We are dedicated to making a true difference in your life by holding our Caregivers to a Higher standard and matching you with the perfect fit for your exact needs and personality. We value every life we cross paths with and are committed to providing extraordinary and compassionate care to you and your loved ones! We strive to make a difference in our communities and truly understand the meaning of giving back. Our purpose is to serve you and treat you like family because when it comes down to it, its family that matters!

Our Philosophy:

Our goals and services are based on two fundamental philosophical principles: the belief in the innate worth of the aged and disabled individual and the belief that each individual, regardless of age, race, color, creed, sex, national origin or handicap(s) is entitled to maximize his potential as a human being and as a member of society.

It is the contention of this agency that the aging process is a normal state in the development of any individual and that chronic disease and disability are, to some degree, a part of that process. This Agency is dedicated to supporting aged and disabled individuals within the confines of their residence, in order that they may maximize their contributions and fulfill their goals as a family member and member of society with a minimum of conflict. In accomplishing this end, it is felt that the self-respect of the individual can and will be enhanced. Our Agency is also a vital member of its community. As an employer, the Agency practices non-discrimination and strives to provide opportunities for personal and professional growth. As an integral part of the business community, the Agency makes every effort to serve the people with attention to current area practices and specific needs.

Our Purpose:

We believe In-home services are an essential part of continuing care to clients in their place of residence, home services minimize the effects of illness, accident, or disability.  Our Agency recognizes the intrinsic worth of aged, diseased and/or disabled persons. We believe the contributions of these persons are no less important than the contributions of other members of our society. Agency recognizes that these persons are entitled to retain or regain their maximum participation in society. We recognize that the aging process is an unavoidable part of life. We understand chronic disease and disability may be part of that process. In providing care to individuals, the Agency recognizes that clients and families have inalienable rights to self-determination. They have the right to participate in planning for their care, to make decisions about their home care, and to maintain their independence as long as feasible. The agency recognizes that staff behavior, attitudes, knowledge, and understanding have an important influence on helping clients. Therefore, we are committed to assisting all individuals within the structure of their home environments, allowing maximum contribution, independence, and retention of self-respect.

Where Caregiving From The Heart Matters!

Churrell E. Maguire

Owner/Administrator

Owner, Churrell Maguire is the Founder of Heart 2 Heart Homecare. She is honored and blessed to present you with Yelm's very first In-Home Care Agency. As a locally owned and operated business she strives to serve you by making a difference in her community one family at a time.  As a caregiver for nearly 2 decades she was a lead director of care who implemented and assessed care needs as well as managed caregivers for her clients during that time. Through her years of experience she realized that serving others to that degree wasn't enough and yearned to offer more. Her passion and dream was to open an In-Home Care Agency of her very own so that one day she could offer an even higher quality of care by reaching more of the community. Time is all we have and to her, giving back to Families is what she values the most!
